FAQ

Questions owners ask

What is the free missed-call audit?

For 30 days, your phone forwards only the calls you don’t answer to a line we set up. Callers can leave a voicemail, which is emailed to you right away. At the end you get a short report: how many calls you missed, when, and roughly what they were worth. It’s free and you can switch it off any time.

Does my phone number change?

No. During the audit only unanswered calls are forwarded. On the Starter plan and up, your website shows a tracked number that rings straight through to your phone, so we can count calls without changing the number your customers already know.

Is there a contract?

No long contract. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the month you’ve paid for. Yearly plans are paid upfront and cost the same as 10 months.

Who owns my website and domain?

Your domain is registered in your name, and your text, photos and reviews are yours. If you leave, we send you a copy of your content.

Do I need Jobber or Housecall Pro?

No, but if you already use one, online booking connects to it, so jobs land in the calendar you already use. Without one, booking requests come to you by email.

How long does it take to go live?

Usually 5 to 10 working days after you send your logo, photos, services and cities. Missed-call texting can take a few extra weeks because US phone carriers must approve business texting first.

Will you call me to sell?

No. We work by email and short videos, at your pace. If you’d like to talk, you can book a video call or reply to any email.

Are the texts and review requests legal?

They’re built to follow US rules: missed-call replies are one helpful text with a way to opt out, offers only go to customers who ticked a consent box, and review requests go to every customer the same way, never only the happy ones.
